Administrative system for a wood-processing company (Almar Puit OÜ). A real business case focused on improving internal processes and data flow.

My role covers the full product lifecycle — from business and user research, problem definition, and product logic design to technical implementation.

• Problem analysis & business goals
• Product requirements (PRD)
• Prototype design
